Activating the Vest
To activate the Arctic Heat Cooling Vests, they need to be submersed in water for 10-15 minutes until the beads are fully saturated to form a gel.
Cold - As a guide, if soaked in ice water/slurry for 5-10 minutes the vest will stay cold for 30-60 minutes. If frozen for two hours or longer it will stay cold for 1-2 hours.
Hot - Place in microwave at 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached
